Auction Terms

All the objects are presented with the utmost care and resold in the condition they are in view at hte moment. Once submitted, the subject is the owner's property until the hammer, after which ownership passes to the buyer after full payment. The list of vulnerable prices serve only as a guide and may therefore differ materially from exclamation price. Payment is cash, credit cards or by check. Customer number can be obtained during viewing hours at the latest 30 minutes before the auction starts. Obtained customer card is returned in connection with the payment. Customer Card is personal and not transferable to another person. Not returned the customer card is charged at 200 SEK.

Charges

A buyer's fee will be added to all goods by 16% excluding VAT and a contribution of 20 SEK excluding VAT. Art excess of 2.140 SEK will be a charge, known as royalties, 5%.

Removal

Removal of the bid object is under auction date or last 3 days after the auction. This is true only at bid on the premises and are thus not bid where the buyer notified by telephone the day after the auction.

Pre bid

​Possibility of pre bid is offered free of charge. We bid on your behalf for a reasonable price. Complaints
